FAQ

Is your Goat's Milk Soap really Goats milk?Yes! Our soap is handmade using our very own goats milk, It is the main (and most important) ingredient of our soaps. All of our soap contain a MINIMUM of 20% farm fresh goats milk.

I have sensitive skin, can i use your soap?As everybody has a different skin type we cannot say whether our soap is right for you, BUT Goats milk soaps in have been found to have a closer PH level to human skin which can make it easier for skin to handle* I would suggest when trying our soaps for the first time, to try one of our plain, natural or fragrance free bars first and do a patch test prior to use on your whole body. OH..and remember to avoid sensitive areas such as eyes! it is still soap after all! *This is based on information found when researching goats milk soap benefits.

What additives do you use?Depending on the bar it can differ from none at all to many different additives, all additives (if any) are listed in the description of each bar. We use do currently use both Natural (such as Honey, Pumice or Essential Oils.) and Non-Natural additives (such as fragrance oils - yep that yummy red frog scent isn't natural unfortunately!) When there is a natural option for an additive available we will always try to opt for that, rather than the un-natural variant but sometimes those fun smells and colours are just too good to resist. All of our all natural and fragrance free soaps are labeled to make them easier for you to find.

What Breeds of Goats do you have? Our main breed is Toggenburgs but we do also have a couple of Australian Brown's as well. Recently i have also been breeding a line of naturally polled IR (Identification record) dairy goats as well, with a goal to put these back through the DGSA appendix system. You can find out more about Toggenburg's, Australian Brown's or Other Dairy Breeds from the DGSA website below:
